PermaPrint® IP5000 The Best Film for Smooth, Consistent Print Mounting
Stow, Ohio 2003 PermaPrint® IP5000 from MACtac® has never been better or easier to use. This newly improved white, opaque mounting film is coated on both sides with a high-tack, pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. Uniform disbursement of the adhesive ensures a bubble-free, trouble-free application the first time, every time.
The white moisture-stable, polycoated kraft liner on IP5000 helps finishers obtain flawless photo and graphic image mounting. Bleed-through is virtually eliminated and colors appear truer and brighter.
The product’s single release liner permits easy lamination. It also eliminates the need to remove a second liner in applications where that may be difficult or impossible.
Designed for cold roll lamination techniques, IP5000 does not require heat, drying or messy coating operations. Its adhesive permits distortion-free mounting of photographic prints and other graphic images on a wide variety of mounting surfaces including Fome-Cor®, Gatorfoam®, Crescent® board, Masonite® and Sintra®.
PermaPrint IP5000 is part of MACtac’s Permacolor line of mounting adhesives and overlaminating films, which are ideal for use with photographic, inkjet, electrostatic, lithographic and screen-printed images. The line recently added IP5500, a thin, semi-transparent mounting film.
