FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

NUR America strengthens top management team; looks forward to increased growth

- Nachum Korman, formerly President of NUR Europe, is now President of NUR America

- Geva Barash re-joins the company as Vice President of Sales & Marketing

San Antonio, TX; June 23, 2003 - NUR America, Inc., the subsidiary of NUR Macroprinters Ltd. responsible for marketing, sales and support of NUR wide-format inkjet production printing systems in North, Central and South America, has recently made a number of strategic changes designed to realign key management positions in the Americas and to further strengthen and refocus NUR's operation in this important growth market.

Effective immediately, Nachum Korman, a NUR veteran who most recently served as President of NUR Europe, has assumed the key leadership position of President at NUR America.

Joining Korman on the new NUR America management team, and rejoining NUR America as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, is Geva Barash, who had held this position prior to the company's move to San Antonio.

Commenting on the management team realignment, David Amir, President and CEO of NUR Macroprinters Ltd. said, "This management realignment represents a strategic shift towards greater decentralization and stronger subsidiary operations for the company as a whole and a renewed focus on building a strong operation to serve our customers in the Americas."

Amir continued, "We are pleased to have both Nachum Korman and Geva Barash leading this effort. Korman is an integral member of the NUR global management team and is widely credited with successfully developing a strong sales and service organization for NUR in Europe where customer care has been a major focal point. Barash has extensive experience in our marketplace from previous stints with NUR America and at Idanit and has worked with Korman before. We look forward to having their strong leadership and direction at the helm of a reinvigorated NUR America."

Nachum Korman joined NUR in 1999 heading up its NUR Middle East & Africa division, and became Vice President of NUR Europe S.A. in July 2000. He has been President of NUR Europe since January 2001.

Previously, Korman served as Operations Director and Sales Director for the Middle East and Africa at Scitex Corporation. Prior to this he held a Sales Logistics Management role at Scitex Europe S.A. following his earlier career at Elbit and Optrotec Belgium.

Geva Barash rejoins NUR America from Ultraflex Systems Inc. where he was responsible for all sales and marketing activities in the western hemisphere. Previously, Mr. Barash served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at i-Ray Technologies, Inc where he was responsible for sales, marketing activities, and the establishment of the company in the United States.

Before that he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for NUR America, Inc. where he was responsible for building the company's direct sales and distribution channel to support new product launches and other company growth initiatives. Earlier he served as Sales Director for Idanit USA, Inc.
