Roland Earns ISO Certification For Customer Service & Distribution
Irvine, CA. September 30, 2003 Roland DGA Corporation today announced that it has achieved a new ISO 9001:2000 certification for all distribution, service and repair facilities located at its headquarters in Irvine, CA.
"These third-party audits show that Roland DGA not only has high standards, but it has the resolve to live up to them, too," said Bob Curtis, President and CEO of Roland DGA. "This new ISO certification focuses on ways we can better serve our customers and continually improve the quality of our products."
Roland first became ISO-9002 certified in February of 2001 for its distribution policies. The new ISO 9001:2000 standard covers distribution plus every area of customer service. From offering training to backing up products with technical support, Roland's primary goal is to provide customers with products that exceed their needs and expectations for performance, reliability and safety at a competitive cost.
Combined with Roland DG's ISO 9001 and 14001 certification in Japan, Roland holds a complete international ISO registration.
