Caldera Graphics : The Ideal Production-oriented Rip To Drive The Ultravu Grand Format Printers Series
Strasbourg, France-- Caldera Graphics, a leading software editor for imaging solutions on Mac OS X and Linux supports three more super wide printers from VUTEK. After the support of the UltraVu 5300 (5m), Caldera Graphics continues to extend its GrandRIP range by adding to the list of its supported printers VUTEK UltraVu2360, 3360 and 5330.
Caldera Graphics develops three software solutions dedicated to grand format : GrandPRINT, GrandRIP and GrandRIP+.
- GrandPRINT is an integrated desktop solution to drive grand format printers. Based on an architecture designed to manage very large files, GrandPRINT brings the appropriate answer to the productivity constraints of visual communication specialists (outdoor and sign).
- GrandRIP is a client/server solution for large format color productions. It is multi-task and multi-peripheral and contains a PS and PDF RIP in standard.
- GrandRIP+ allows tiling features and spot colors management for a perfect restitution on any output peripheral. GrandRIP and GrandRIP+ allow task automation with workflow and hotfolders.
Caldera Graphics has also developped an exclusive package for sign : SignMark. This tool allows to create marks on the posters for grommets positioning and margin visualization.
