IFAI Expo 2004 educational programs offer diverse, cost-effective learning opportunities

Roseville, Minn. -- Business owners and staff in the specialty fabrics industry invest their energy every day into generating the best products and running the most efficient businesses possible. Many are left wondering when they’ll have the opportunity to generate new ideas and look at their business’ “big picture”. The answer is IFAI Expo 2004’s educational programs.

This year, more than 100 IFAI Expo 2004 educational programs will encourage participants to step outside of their daily work to gain perspective and discuss new ideas and strategies. A combination of technical papers, poster sessions, seminars, case studies, panel discussions, and keynote presentations make the programs a diverse learning experience for professionals at every level.

IFAI Expo 2004’s intensive learning provides a cost-effective opportunity to participate in focused programs organized into 14 market-specific tracks. Offerings will cover areas including architectural structures; awnings and canopies; business & leadership; equipment & technologies; geosynthetics; inflatable products; marine fabrication; medical textiles; safety & protective; sports & recreational products; tent manufacturing; textile composition; textiles & graphics; transportation textiles; truck cover & tarp; and upholstery.

IFAI Expo 2004 educational programs promote a sharing of knowledge; identify new techniques for developing better materials, products and business; and advance professional expertise. Participants will walk away with innovative ideas and sharpened skills they can begin using immediately.

"IFAI educational programs are a one-stop place to learn about new technology and how other companies do things without going through the 'trial and error' stage," Gary Buermann, MFC, G&J Awning & Canvas, Inc., said.

Participating in the educational programs is the ideal way to get the full IFAI Expo 2004 experience. The educational programs provide a powerful link to the expansive IFAI Expo 2004 show floor, as participants share their ideas with exhibitors who can help make them a reality. In addition, participants benefit from sharing concerns and successes with business professionals in their own market.
