Georgia-Pacific selects Xstream Solutions to create an Interactive Touch Screen Custom Program to showcase product line.

Atlanta, GA ­ Xstream Solutions, Inc. (www.xstreamsolutions.com), a worldwide provider of digital signage network solutions, announced today that it will partner with Georgia Pacific. Georgia Pacific is one of the world’s largest leading manufacturers and marketers of tissue, packaging, paper, building products and related chemicals.

Georgia Pacific needed a high-tech way to showcase their product line at tradeshows and chose Xstream Solutions to partner with. They wanted something unique to catch attention and a program that no one else had.

The software application being used is a combination of Xstream’s Digital Signage Product, the Xstream Signage Network and a custom application that allows consumers to interact and find information on specific product lines.

The Software will be housed on the XSN Player which will output to a NEC 50 inch Plasma with a touch-screen overlay and will allow for a split screen that has two play-lists running two different panels simultaneously. One panel will run the interactive application with a 3-click architecture, which allows customers to find information fast. The second panel will show a rotation of messaging on Georgia Pacific’s product line and will incorporate sound.
