Featuring revolutionary high strength single piece cast aluminum structure, ultra smooth lever action, and digital time and temperature controls coupled with improved heating technology, Printa Systems offers turn-key business solutions based around their 16”x16” and 16”x20” Digital Swing-Away Presses, full-wrap Mug Press, and large capacity Hat Press.

The 550 Series Swing-Away Presses feature a patent-pending interchangeable pressboard, which eliminates bleed through and reduces product scrap while increasing overall production of digital and screen-printed transfers onto garment fronts, backs, sleeves and pockets; bags and other items.

Utilizing the same technology that NASA uses to heat spacecraft, the innovative heating element covers 80% of the total platen surface area, versus the 15% coverage of industry-standard cast heaters. This extended coverage provides more even heat and faster recovery times, while reducing the total energy requirement.
