VectorStyle2: The new plug-in to deliver vector file standards

The release of VectorStyle2 was announced recently by Eovia, as a new plug-in for their Carrara 4 software. The application is the latest 3D vector rendering plug-in that allows users to produce scenes and 3D animations in vector formats well suited for the Web, multimedia and print. Scenes and animations may be applied using the Macromedia Flash format, Adobe Illustrator, Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) format support, or Encapsulated PostScipt (EPS).

Here’s what's new with VectorStyle 2 version:

• Improved rendering quality
  VectorStyle2 promise to deliver "unparalleled image quality" with its new vector rendering engine. With the new version, developers are proud to say that even very small details can now be included in the image.
• Shadows from multiple light sources
  Shadows can now be produced at the same time from all the lights in any scene created to create a more realistic lighting effect.
• Reflection and transparency
  This feature allows users to create windows, mirrors, or any metallic object and create the illusion of reflection and transparency in the image produced.
• Highlights from multiple light sources
  Highlights can be generated with this feature from all the light sources in any scene created. What’s more, the use of several shades of color allows for an even more realistic results to the image rendered.
• Improved workflow
  VectorStyle2 saves the rendering settings used for the scenes that there's no need anymore for users to reset every time they start working on the animation. This allows for an improved workflow and efficient process.
