Allegra Network LLC Selects Roland Eco-SOL Printer/Cutters For Its Franchises
Troy, Michigan - Allegra Network LLC, one of the world’s largest print and graphic communications franchises, has announced that it has selected Roland DGA’s line of eco-solvent wide-format printer/cutters for implementation into its franchise network.
The Allegra franchise network encompasses more than 650 centers worldwide specializing in full-service graphic design, printing and business communications for small, medium- and large-sized businesses. Allegra Network franchises include Allegra Print & Imaging, American Speedy Printing, Instant Copy, Insty-Prints, Signs Now, Speedy Printing and Zippy Print.
“After extensive research, we selected Roland eco-solvent integrated printer/cutters because of their precision, durability and overall reputation for performance and quality,” said Tim Wood, Allegra Network’s V.P. of Technology. “Roland’s integrated print/cut technology is unique to the industry and offers new revenue opportunities that we believe will strengthen the market position for Allegra Network franchisees.”
“We are very pleased that Roland Eco-SOL printer/cutters have been selected by the Allegra Network, and we look forward to supporting their family of franchisees,” said Joe Morreale, Midwest Sales Manager for Roland DGA Corp. “Allegra Network has a strong reputation for quality across every aspect of its organization, and we believe this agreement reflects both the quality of Roland innovation and the depth and commitment of our customer support,” said Michael Pender, Director of Sales for Roland DGA Corp.
Integrated Print/Cut Technology, the Roland Advantage
Roland integrated printer/cutters include the company’s best-selling VersaCAMM, available in 30-inch and 54-inch models, and the top-of-the-line 54-inch SOLJET SC-545EX. Roland integrated print/cut technology is unique in that it facilitates a one-step seamless production cycle for both the high-resolution printing and contour cutting required to produce sophisticated sign graphics. By contrast, competing print/cut products require users to complete each of these tasks separately, a process that is more time-consuming, more labor-intensive, and less precise.
In addition, Roland offers a complete line of high-performance wide-format inkjet printers ranging in size from 54 inches to 104 inches in width, including the SOLJET PRO II V series and the new 104-inch-wide SOLJET SJ-1045 grand format printer.
Roland inkjets are used for a wide range of applications including the creation of signs, banners, billboards, vehicle and fleet graphics, POP displays, labels, decals and heat transfers for apparel, among others. Roland inkjets achieve 1440 x 1440 dpi resolution and perform on both coated and uncoated media using advanced Eco-SOL INK. Among the company’s latest innovations, Roland has announced new White Eco-SOL INK, the industry’s first eco-solvent white ink, as an option for its SOLJET SC-545EX series.
