BillBoard Video, Inc. Enhances Future Research and Development, Names Bob Sawler Vice President of Technology

Dallas,TX ­ April 15, 2005 ­ As one of the fastest growing companies in the country, BillBoard Video, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Bob Sawler to its management team. William Y. Hall, president of BillBoard Video, Inc., named Mr. Sawler Vice President of Technology today.

“Bob brings over twenty years of engineering management experience to BillBoard Video,” said BillBoard Video President, William Hall. “With the rapid growth we’re experiencing, Mr. Sawler’s expertise in driving companies through the process of becoming publicly traded is an invaluable asset.”

In his new role, Mr. Sawler will oversee BillBoard Video’s research and development arm - focusing on the creation of highly customizable solutions for a wide array of client requests and ambitions. “Among his many talents, we plan to utilize Bob’s experience to further our patent portfolio, as well as, implement a leadership foundation to enable our engineering team to successfully manage our broad spectrum of product lines,” said Hall. “I think this market presents incredible opportunities. With the dedicated and creative team already in place at BillBoard Video, I believe we can leverage the proven development skills and entrepreneurial spirit to produce the next generation of signs, content, content management and spectacular displays,” said Sawler.

Prior to joining BillBoard Video, Sawler was the Manager of R&D for B/Braun Medical, which manufactures Infusion pumps used for IV’s in hospitals and home care. In that role, Sawler managed the overall R&D Design center, as well as, implementing a patented bar-coding and wireless technology.

Mr. Sawler holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University. He performed his undergraduate work at Rutgers University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
