For the return of the contest, several new faces have been added to the judging panel.
An independent panel of experts in the Americas will judge entries in four categories: Vehicle Graphics (cars, buses, trucks, trains, planes); Exterior Signs (billboards, buildings, events); Interior Signs (showrooms, tradeshows, shops, museums); and Technical Achievement (3-D shapes, large-scale projects and other demanding applications). These projects must be produced in 2004/2005 using either digital printing or CAS techniques and utilizing MACtac’s marking, digital or screen printing films, including MACmark®, IMAGin®, MACscreen® and Permacolor® materials.
The MACtac Worldwide Awards 2006 will include three different territories: the Americas (North America, South America and Central America), Europe, and International (Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Oceana). Each territory will have its own judges’ panel in order to guarantee the award submissions are judged by each region’s distinct cultural standards.
