SGIA Welcomes Newly-Formed Indian Imaging Assn
Fairfax, Virginia — India’s new specialty imaging association, the Screenprinting & Graphics Association of India, has signed on to SGIA under SGIA’s National Association Membership Plan, according to SGIA President/CEO Michael Robertson.
NAMP status grants members-only access to the SGIA Information Network to the members of other national and regional imaging industry associations.
“India will benefit from SGAI’s eagerness to facilitate success by helping members effectively manage technology. … The interaction between technology users as well as with suppliers and manufacturers is critical to success in today’s marketplace,” Robertson said.
The Indian group’s aims and objectives include stimulating growth and development of the screen printing and graphics industry in India and to foster an attitude of cooperation among participants in the Indian screen printing and graphics industry.
“There is great opportunity for SGAI to serve India by linking with other associations around the globe,” Robertson noted.
