Cooley Group Names V.P. Of Operations - David Pettey To Direct Product And Technology Innovation

Pawtucket, RI—Cooley Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. David Pettey to Vice President of Operations. In this role, Mr. Pettey will lead Cooley’s lean manufacturing initiatives, within a continuous improvement and ISO 9000:2000 quality system environment.

Mr. Pettey is a 25-year veteran of the textile and composite manufacturing industries. His latest position was Senior Director of Product Development and Quality with Quaker Fabric Corporation of Fall River, Massachusetts.

Mr. Pettey holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Management and MS and BS degrees in Textile Engineering. David resides in his native town of Westport, Massachusetts with his wife and three children.
