Online Proofing Management System

SignProof.com is an online proofing managemnet system. It is designed to be customer friendly. Instead of sending your customers thier proofs thru email with an attachment, sign shops will simply log into thier page, upload the proof image, add any information needed, job number, size, color, price, etc., and hit the submit button. Thier customer will recieve an email with a link that they simply click on and a browser will open up with thier proof right there, with buttons to accept, accept with changes, or decline. A box is also there for them to type any changes or whatever any information they wish to send back. The sign shop will then be notified by email that the proof has been reviewed. Simply check your page on SignProof and see what the customer wants to do. No more problems with customers trying to download and view thier proofs, a click of the button and there it is. As a sign shop, all the proofs you've sent out are all right there on your page, along with all the customers information. If theres a question about a proof that was sent out, no more scrolling thru your emails to find what was sent, its all right there. Proofs can be deleted when the job is done. Comments from some of my customers that I've sent proofs to have been, slick, cool, very easy to use. There will also be a message board for information sharing between sign shops that are signed up for SignProof.
