Daktronics Digital Billboards Exceed IBC 2006 Requirements
BROOKINGS, S.D. With more states adopting the 2006 International Building Code, Daktronics (NASDAQ-DAKT), the nation’s leading digital billboard manufacturer, announced that the company’s Valo™ digital billboards comply with the 2006 edition of the code. The 2006 edition requires structures and digital billboards to be more robust than ever before.
“We always manufacture our digital billboards to exceed the toughest IBC standards,” said Jeremy Johnson, billboard sales manager at Daktronics. “It ensures that our customers are able to meet all building code requirements.”
Because IBC 2006 codes are the most stringent to date, compliance with those standards means that Daktronics digital billboards can be installed in every part of the country without expensive structural enhancements.
More information about Daktronics Valo™ digital billboards can be found at the company's digital billboard website (http://www.daktronics.com/billboard).
