CornerForms Line Expanded with Y-Connector that Connects Three Panels Together Equally 120 Degrees Apart

Walls + Forms Inc. just added a Y-Connector that connects three panels together equally 120 degrees apart to its fast growing collection of CornerForms™ fastening profiles. The Y-Connector was designed for three panel floor displays, privacy rooms, floor fixtures, counters, tradeshow booths, and a wide array of additional applications. It is available in 96” lengths in white, gray, almond, and black. Custom cuts and finishes are also available.

CornerForms™ allow quick, clean, and inexpensive installations. They are easy to install, assemble, disassemble, and reconfigure fastening profiles for slatwall, gridwall, slatgrid, and most ¾” thick profiles that are stocked at Walls + Forms. When they are used, displays simply snap together; there are no tools or loose parts to worry about. In a store construction, both new and remodeled wall preparations, such as painting or removal of surface is virtually eliminated.

CornerForms™ are a patented two-part fastening system that can be used to construct perimeter walls, privacy rooms, fitting room, floor fixtures, temporary fixtures, modular counters, trade show booth and hundreds of other construction applications. CornerForms™ and its associated edge components naturally reinforce the panel. On-site assembly is simple. They permit lasting assembly and no sliding is necessary. Shallow ceiling heights do not obstruct most assemblies. By design, they permit field cutting.

The system includes commercial grade PVC profiles in UPSable 96” standard size lengths, plus PVC and aluminum edge cap channels. The system’s edge cap channel, kerf cap, or grid adapter can be removed for panel alteration and reapplied for installation. This system connects ¼”, ½”, and ¾” panels (e.g. MDF Gator Foam, wood substrates, metal gridwall, slat grid, and PVC panels such as slatwall) quickly, easily, and inexpensively without bolts, screws, or clips. All components, panels, and angles are interchangeable; this allows each configuration to be changed endlessly and several displays can be combined to create a larger display. No other panel connection system offers the adaptability or the versatility of the Walls + Forms™ panel connection system.

Walls + Forms stocks 32 angles of their proprietary CornerForms™ fastening system line in a variety of colors. The in-stock colors are similar to those from leading laminate manufacturers. It is also available in custom colors in quantities as small as fifty pieces at eight-feet in length. They can also be produced in custom extrusion lengths.

A CornerForms™ Profile Unit consists of a main form (one, two, three and four panel connection) and an appropriate number of standard ¾” edge caps made of plastic or aluminum. For other substrates, such as plastic and wire, an edge cap can be substituted for kerf caps (plastic substrates), grid adapters (wire grid panels), fin kerf caps (hub System applications), and more. For additional panel rigidity, especially for slatwall panels’ use, aluminum edge caps are recommended.
