Washington, D.C. - Gelberg Signs today announced that is has been selected as the official sign fabricator for the first annual EagleBank Bowl, set to take place at RFK Stadium this Saturday, December 20.
Gelberg Signs will be responsible for all graphic images in and around the stadium. The company is currently in the fabrication stage of the project.
The EagleBank Bowl, with Bethesda, Maryland-based EagleBank serving as title sponsor, is the first NCAA-sanctioned bowl game ever to take place in Washington, D.C., and also kicks off the college football post-season lineup. A focus of this historic event is to honor the sacrifices made by all those who serve our country.

“We are honored to have been chosen as a vendor for the first annual EagleBank Bowl,” said Luc Brami, principal of Gelberg Signs, along with his brothers Guy and Neil Brami. “We look forward to watching and helping build this exciting new Bowl game into an annual Washington tradition.”
This year’s inaugural EagleBank Bowl will feature the U.S. Naval Academy and Wake Forest University. The game will take place on Saturday, December 20, at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. To learn more or to purchase tickets, please visit www.eaglebankbowl.org.

About the EagleBank Bowl:
The DC Bowl Committee, Inc. was formed as a community and charitable organization to host the first-ever NCAA-sanctioned, post-season bowl game in Washington, DC. On September 10, 2008 the dream became a reality when the EagleBank Bowl officially became a part of the D.C. sports and entertainment landscape. While the DC Bowl Committee brought the game to the region there are two other entities that are valued contributors in making this game a marquee event. The DC Sports and Entertainment Commission has been a valued partner from the very beginning. When EagleBank signed on as a title sponsor it gave the game instant credibility particularly in the business community. The game kicks off the 2008 bowl season on Saturday, December 20, at RFK Stadium live on ESPN. The goals for bringing the game to Washington include boosting the regional economy, putting the nation’s capital on the map as a college football destination and to raise money for several local charities.
