Gandinnovations Inks Deal with Avery Graphics…more materials to choose, full warranty

Mississauga, Ontario, Canada - Gandinnovations™, a world leader in grand format digital printer innovations has partnered with Avery Dennison Graphics to offer customers a full warranty on Avery’s sign cut and digital graphic reflective vinyl and film products on the Jeti 3324® Solvent Printer. Avery Dennison™ MPI Premium Reflective is a 5.5 millimeter, high gloss, and premium, retro reflective film that meets or exceeds the applicable requirements of the Federal specification L-S 300C. Three year-rated reflective products offer excellent choices for emergency vehicles and other safety applications as well as short term signage that need high impact visibility. Seven year-rated products may be used for architectural and other long-term applications.

All materials have been tested and approved for use on the Jeti® 3324 Solvent Roll-to-Roll. Unquestionably the fastest 3.3m (10’10”) meter grand-format printer on the market today, its 24 Spectra print heads provide true 600 dpi (1200 apparent) and 6 colors graphics.

The Jeti® 3324 Solvent RTR also is available with a back-lit option enabling printing on both sides for perfect registration; brilliant and fully warranted backlit signage. The Jeti 3324 is also available in a 300 dpi 4 color high speed model achieving between 100 -130 sqm/hr (1075-1205 sq.ft/hr) depending on quality requirements for extra large images such as billboards. At the forefront of the technological enhancements is the software upgrade which can detect if any individual nozzle may be misfiring. The software will automatically compensate the saturation, safe-guarding the image output. This safe-proof technology is the first of its kind in the grand-format arena. Also included with the automatic head capping feature (auto caps in 15 minutes if machine sets) is an automated air vacuum system which eliminates manual head wiping.

Other tested and warranted Avery’s Sign Cut products include reflective, translucent, opaque and specialty films for cut graphic applications, sign making and banners; and its Digital Graphic products include solvent, ultra-violet and water-based imaging products for indoor, outdoor and backlit applications.
